Enlightened Concierge provides our clients with the utmost in service and satisfaction. We offer at-home services to support our clientele in choosing a healthful path.
Our goal is to create a win, win, win, win solution, meaning, we better the quality of life for all involved -- you, the client, us, and the children in Peru who benefit from our community outreach.
What we do:
Simply put, we create quality of life and simplify the process through a series of tried and true methods.
We find the right practitioner, vendor, or service provider for our clientele
We act as a single resource for the client and the vendor
We act as an interface between the vendors and clients
Our specialty is finding the perfect service providers for our clients -- in other words, if a client has scoliosis, we find a yoga teacher that has scoliosis, we find a chiropractor that treats scoliosis and/or we find a personal trainer that works with scoliosis patients.
Because we work with clientele that have more than one service provider, it is imperative that we have team players that work in concert with one common goal, our client's quality of life. We are looking for a combined synergy amongst all service providers, rather than a scatter shot method of disjointed parts trying to serve the whole. You are considered part of a structural team, not only with the office, but with our other vendors providing services to our clients.
A primary example: the nutritionist talks to the chef, the chiropractor talks to the massage therapist, the personal trainer talks to the nutritionist and the massage therapist, etc.
Our vendors, as well as our clients, only have to make one phone call to us to handle everything, i.e. comments, complaints, praises, concerns, scheduling, payment, etc.
