"Green" Cleaning

Spring has sprung, and if you haven't done so already, now is the time for a little "green" spring-cleaning! There are many eco-conscious ways to clean, renew, rejuvenate and restore your body, mind, spirit and environment.

So far this spring I have fasted and/or cleansed for 21 out of the last 30 days; had my home's energy cleared by way of an extraordinary ritual performed by Chrisite G.; purged my computer of its duplicate files, folders and documents; cleaned out the garden shed; organized my office; cleared out my closet, and got an amazing facial. Oh yes, I even removed the wax from my ears through an ancient technique called Chinese Ear Candling.
