Car Wreck

It was 7pm on the 10 freeway, four nights before Christmas. My car was hit by one of two cars that were racing. One of the witnesses THINKS the car that hit me was red. It was going that fast!

My car flipped end over end, rolled (at least twice?) across three lanes of traffic, and slid on the driver's door for a couple of hundred feet before crashing into a concrete embankment.
And, all of it was just for me. No other cars were involved and the car that hit me kept going!  read more...

Still doing Massage...

After twenty years, I can't imagine life without massage. (Honestly, I can't imagine going a week without one, myself.) I'm convinced that if everybody got a massage once a week and ate Krispy Kreme Donuts we'd have world peace.
