- We try our best to accommodate last minute scheduling, but, because of the caliber of service providers that we work with who already have thriving private practices, it is not always possible
- We focus on establishing relationships that will last for years to come

What if I only want one service?
Even though our specialty is in creating systems of integrated support, we are happy to accommodate any request.
What if I want to try different providers offering the same service?
With so much choice available, it is often difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff. Some services are more subjective by nature, like massage or a personal trainer. We encourage our clients to avail themselves to all that we have to offer. We can help guide you to the most suitable practitioners of the same service.
What if I am unhappy with my service provider?
We have multiple providers for all the services that we offer. Our goal is to help you to find the perfect match. Sometimes knowing what you don't like is just as helpful as knowing what you do like. When trying to find the right service providers, the greater clarity and understanding that we have of your needs, the better the chances are of us finding the right providers for you.
What kind of commitment do I need to make?
With Enlightened Concierge, there are no commitments to make or obligations to fulfill.
What if I am only in town for a week?
We can arrange for any number of services prior to your arrival and provide you with a detailed itinerary. Create your own healthful retreat and take advantage of the best that LA has to offer.
Do I travel to see my providers or do they come to me?
Most of our services are in-home or on-location, however, due to the nature of some services, it would be impossible for them to come to you.
Can my services be performed at my hotel?
Yes, depending on the size and layout of your room and the service that you requested. (Some hotel rooms simply cannot accommodate a massage table or room for an exercise session.)
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Call 310-991-3231. We have a standard 24 hour cancellation policy.
Do I pay the service providers directly at the time of service?
NO. All financial arrangements are handled through Enlightened Concierge. However, you may opt to tip in cash or have a gratuity added to your invoice. Because our vendors work on commission, gratuities are appropriate and appreciated!
Is it appropriate to tip?
Yes! All of our service providers work on a commission basis.
Are my services transferable to another party?
Yes! However, gift certificates are non-transferable.
Can I change, remove or add services to ready-made packages?
In most cases, yes! Please contact the office 310-991-3231 to discuss details.
What are Enlightened Concierge's hours of operation?
Generally, 9am to 9pm. However, after hours appointments can be arranged, but often times result in an after-hours surcharge.
